How we handle adversity is different for every person. Our relationships, our difficult times, our support system, our outlook on life and so many more things all play a factor into how we handle adversity. The root to overcoming adversity begins with YOU. When life seems overwhelming, the most important thing to do is regain focus on yourself. Focus on what YOU want, focus on what YOU need, don't focus on the things that YOU can't change. Too often we lose sight of our own goals and aspirations while trying to live out someone else's goals and aspirations, stay focused on what YOU want, don't live someone else's life.
