It's springtime and it's time to work on your summer body. So get your sneakers on and be active, whether it's going for a walk, playing a fun sport, dancing or just hanging out with friends. Take a hour or two a day to put your phone down to be active and social.

No Excuses

Excuses are always the easiest route to take when feeling discouraged about something. Do not make excuses for yourself! Everybody faces hardships, the most successful people don't make excuses through those hardships, they push themselves through them and learn from them to become a better person. Rather than making an excuse as to why you can't, find the reason as to why you will. Excuses only create setbacks, there's only way to progress in life and that's to push through it. Nobody walks through life without facing adversity, it's how you face the adversity that determines your growth. Everyday is a new day, don't let yesterday's setbacks prevent today from being the start of something great.

Healthy Habits

Making sure our body and mind is healthy is vital to a happy lifestyle. Start implementing healthier daily habits, to start to feel more confident about yourself. Wake up early, eat a healthy breakfast; fruits, granola bar, Greek yogurt, something high in protein is a good way to start the day off. Fitting in some form of exercise is important to a healthy lifestyle as well, whether it be walking, running, hiking, lifting, swimming; all are very good forms of exercise. Avoid eating foods that are high in sugars and fats, they tend to slow the mind and body down. Instead, find foods that are high in protein and low in sugars and fats to properly fuel the mind and body. Eating three healthy meals a day will provide you with the energy to feel more positive about your life. Just by implementing healthier foods into your life, you will find that they provide you with a much better outlook and feeling about your life. Don't cut corners when it comes to making the most of your life, you're only here once, make the most of it. Make the proper changes to ensure your happiness!

Who you surround yourself with, says a lot about you. Not only does it have a reflection on you, but it will also impact your mood. Surround yourself with positive people and you will find yourself being uplifted by their positive attitude. If you're surrounded by people that don't offer you positive input or don't push you to achieve your goals, you're going to find yourself struggling to find happiness and positive outcomes in your life.
