Lets face it, we are all guilty of procrastinating. Stop putting things off till later, get in the "Do it Now" mentality. It takes a lot less time and energy to do something the moment you have to do it, rather than putting it off and coming back to it later. The more you start accomplishing now, the more time you will have to relax and focus your time and energy on something else. If you want to start feeling accomplished, start small and work big. Wake up, eat a healthy breakfast, read something during breakfast, make your bed, go for a jog, all of these simple things will provide you with the feeling of accomplishment. I promise you that if you start your day off accomplishing something right off the bat, you will accomplish more things as you go about your day. There is no time like the present, so quit putting off what you will do tomorrow, and get it done today, no one is guaranteed tomorrow!
